Raj, a.k.a. “Spider, started racing in 1999 in his native land of Guyana. It was there that he discovered his passion for bike racing. His family moved to the U.S. and joined Kissena Cycling in 2001. It was at the Kissena Velodrome in 2002 where he made an impression on the track and was featured in Bicycling Magazine. In 2003, he was in a documentary for the promotion of the 2012 Olympics in New York City. Raj is great addition to our team and is a rising star in the New York racing scene. Keep a “look out” for this guy!
